1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tripova ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tripova is an AI-powered travel planning application that helps users create itineraries, discover places, collaborate on trips, and manage travel logistics. The App is available on iOS and the web.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Apple or Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials or let others access your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Tripova offers free and paid subscription tiers (Plus and Pro).
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Abuse the AI features by submitting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Exceed reasonable usage of API resources or attempt to circumvent rate limits.

6. AI-Generated Content

Tripova uses AI to generate itineraries and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important travel details (opening hours, prices, availability) independently. Tripova is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Tripova (trips, photos, notes). By using the App, you grant Tripova a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

The App displays content from third parties (Google Places, Wikipedia, Pexels). This content is provided under their respective licences and terms. Tripova is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tripova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
