How do I create a trip?
Tap the "+" button on the home screen, enter your destination and travel dates, then let our AI generate a personalised itinerary for you.
Can I share my trip with others?
Yes! Create a travel group and invite friends or family to collaborate on your trip. Group members can suggest places, vote on activities, and chat.
How do I import flights and hotels?
Forward your booking confirmation emails to your Tripova account, or manually add flights and hotels from the trip detail screen. You can also scan boarding passes using your camera.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes up to 2 trips, 5 AI recommendations per month, and basic itinerary planning. Upgrade to Plus or Pro for more trips, real photos, offline access, and additional features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your Tripova subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings. This will permanently remove all your data, including trips, photos, and preferences.
